Already tired of the winter weather, and looking ahead to summer? Southwest Airlines has your back by extending its booking calendar to August 10, 2020, freeing up seats for peak summer travel!
In addition to opening up bookings through August, Southwest is adding some new seasonal nonstop flights to its ever-growing network. New routes are listed below, along with intro prices and travel dates.

New Flights from Nashville (BNA) - Starting June 13, 2020
Nashville to Portland, ME $278 roundtrip, nonstop - Saturdays only
Nashville to Portland, OR $358 roundtrip, nonstop - Saturdays only
Nashville to San Juan $467 roundtrip, nonstop - Saturdays only
New Flights from Houston (HOU) - Starting June 13, 2020
Houston to Nassau, Bahamas $517 roundtrip, nonstop - Saturdays only

Alongside these new routes, Southwest will also beef up its Denver (DEN), Houston (HOU), and Chicago (MDW) operations by adding more departures on already operating routes to help deal with the summer travel swell.

Baggage
Fares include a carry-on bag, a personal item, and two free checked bags up to 50lbs/23kg each.
Seat Assignments
Southwest has an open seating policy, which means there are no assigned seats, and you'll get to choose your place during boarding. The order of boarding is determined by the time of check-in, so check-in exactly 24 hours before departure or pay for priority boarding for a better choice of seat.
