Boston – Austin $137 Roundtrip on JetBlue or Delta
The perfect winter escape for snowbird season, fly nonstop from Boston to Austin on either JetBlue or Delta for $137 roundtrip and enjoy some warmer Texas temperatures. Departures are available daily except for Sunday, between January 7 and March 4, 2020. Inventory is pretty wide open, and I was able to find seats on either airline departing BOS on Tuesday, February 25, with a return flight from AUS on Saturday, February 29, 2020. Those in Austin wanting to trek up north for some snow, this fare is also available in reverse for the same price.

Philadelphia – San Juan $129 Roundtrip on Delta
When that blustery winter wind swirls around Broad Street, you'll be happy you booked this escape to sunny San Juan. Fly from Philadelphia to Puerto Rico for only $129 roundtrip on Delta Air Lines this winter. Flights at this price can be booked on select travel dates starting in late-January through the middle of March 2020. Searching Delta’s site, I found tickets leaving PHL on Monday, January 20, with a return leg from SJU departing on Friday, January 24, 2020, at this price. One-way flights are available for $65.

New Orleans – Chicago $98 Roundtrip on Southwest
While we regularly post deals to the Big Easy, here’s a fare for those in NOLA in need of an escape of their own. Fly nonstop from New Orleans to Chicago-Midway for $98 roundtrip through early March. Depending on which week you plan on traveling, departure days will vary, but there is a lot of seat inventory open for midweek travel in most months. I was able to see a quick weekend trip in February for this price departing MSY on Friday, February 7, and returning from MDW on Sunday, February 9, 2020. As always, two bags fly free on Southwest, so pack along everything you think you might need to keep warm in the Windy City. New York – Georgetown, Guyana $467 Roundtrip on JetBlue
One of JetBlue's newest additions to its ever-growing international route map, fly nonstop from New York-JFK to Georgetown, Guyana for $467 roundtrip starting this April. Flights to the often-overlooked South American country begin on April 2nd, but to find flights at this price, you'll need to depart at the end of the month. Daily flights at this price are open from April 21 through May 20, 2020. Travel in May might be slightly more depending on your travel days. On JetBlue's site, I saw seats to this new destination departing JFK on Thursday, April 30, and returning from GEO on Wednesday, May 6, 2020.

Los Angeles – Aspen $217 Roundtrip on Delta or United
Pack up your skis or snowboard and carve your way to Colorado with this great deal from United and Delta Air Lines. Fly nonstop from Los Angeles to Aspen for $217 roundtrip for peak slope season, with daily departures are available between January 7 and March 28, at this price point. On Delta, I found seats available leaving LAX on Thursday, March 5, and returning from ASE on Monday, March 9, 2020, perfect for an extended weekend ski session.

Chicago – Antananarivo $724 Roundtrip on SkyTeam Partners
You’ve seen the movie, now see the animals of Madagascar in real life with this bucket-list bargain from Air France and Delta. See lemurs, fossas, and baobab trees by flying from Chicago-ORD to Antananarivo, Madagascar, for $729 roundtrip this spring. Flights are available on scattered dates from mid-May through early June with most departures on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. As an example, I was able to find tickets at this price, departing ORD on Monday, May 11, and returning from TNR on Sunday, May 24, 2020. Most itineraries have quick and easy layovers in Paris, but some may require two connections. However, those can be avoided if you have a flexible travel window.

San Francisco – London $392 Roundtrip on United, BA, or Virgin Atlantic
With steady competition amongst three airlines looking to snatch up revenue between these two cities, we keep seeing some phenomenal prices linking up these tech-savvy towns. Like this fare, for example, fly roundtrip from SF to London-Heathrow for $392 on your choice of United, BA, or Virgin Atlantic. Departures open up in early December with returns bookable through the end of March 2020. Better yet, this fare is available on Friday, Saturday, and Sundays so you can take advantage of travel-friendly weekend returns. As an example, I found seats departing SFO on Friday, February 7, with a return leg from LHR leaving Sunday, February 16, 2020. Peak holiday travel blacked out, and dates in April and May of 2020 are only $2 more.

Ft. Lauderdale – Dubai $729 Roundtrip on Emirates
Fly nonstop from Ft. Lauderdale to Dubai, UAE, for $729 roundtrip on Emirates. Departures at this price are available on Tuesdays and Thursdays starting in January through May 2020. As an example, searching on the Emirates site, I found seats leaving FLL on Tuesday, January 14, and returning from DXB on Thursday, January 30, 2020. A Saturday night stay is required.

Atlanta – Las Vegas $133 Roundtrip on Frontier
Gobble up this Thanksgiving promo from Frontier right now, because this deal offering 50% off fares ends tonight! Here’s a deal that’s all gravy – fly from Atlanta to Las Vegas for only $133 roundtrip over Turkey Day. As an example, I found tickets at this price overlapping the holiday, with a flight departing ATL on Tuesday, November 26, and returning from LAS on Tuesday, December 3, 2019. Just remember to enter GOBBLE when searching for fares between November 20 and December 3, 2019.

Newark – Geneva $331 Roundtrip on TAP Air Portugal
Skip the skiing the icy slopes in Northeast and test your skills slaloming down the Swiss Alps this winter. TAP is here again with some fantastic fares to Europe, for example, fly from Newark to Geneva, Switzerland, for $331 roundtrip this winter. Flights in the fall are selling out quickly with scattered availability in January and February. While most TAP fares require an extended layover, this fare deal has quick and easy connections on most itineraries. However, if you'd like to spend some time in Lisbon along the way, TAP allows for free stopovers on all tickets. I was able to find seats at this price departing EWR on Friday, January 24, and returning from GVA on Friday, January 31, 2020.
