These selections of top fares are all at prices below what we regularly see for that specific city pairing and destination. Some are part of ongoing sales, and some are unadvertised price drops that may only last for a limited time. If you're interested in any of these handpicked deals, we recommend you book ASAP to avoid missing out on a bargain buy.

New York – Milan $236 Roundtrip on American

It seems like this year there's no shortage of sales fares to Europe, but when fares dip below the $250 roundtrip mark, we have to let you know. Here's one of those spectacular unadvertised sale fares from American Airlines. Fly nonstop from New York-JFK to Milan for $236 roundtrip this fall/winter. To snatch this flight deal, look for departures on select Sundays through Wednesdays starting in October. Returns are available Tuesdays through Fridays until April 2020. On American, I found tickets departing Tuesday, November 26, and returning from MXP on Tuesday, December 10, 2019, stretching over Thanksgiving break if you want to have pasta and panettone instead of turkey and pie. Christmas and New Year’s blacked out.

Philadelphia – Bali $688 Roundtrip on Qatar Airways

Experience the picturesque rice terraces, temples, and laid-back island vibe on beautiful Bali with five-star Qatar Airways and the latest unadvertised deal to the exotic locale. Fly from Philadelphia to Bali, Indonesia for $688 roundtrip on select Sundays through Thursdays between late October and March 2020. Searching Qatar’s site, I found flights leaving PHL on Monday, October 28 and returning from DPS on Monday, November 11, 2019. That will give you ample time to enjoy all that the island has to offer and tone up your tan before heading into the winter months.

Boston – Amsterdam $328 Roundtrip on American

Here’s another one of those fantastic fares to Europe from American that we listed above, this time around departing from Boston. Fly from Beantown to Amsterdam for $328 roundtrip from September through April 2020. Departures from Boston are valid Sunday through Wednesday, with returns from Holland available Tuesday through Friday. A Saturday night is required, and peak holiday travel is blacked out. Searching AA.com, I found tickets at this price departing BOS on Tuesday, November 5, with a return segment from AMS on Wednesday, November 13, 2019. Other dates are widely available in 2020.

Atlanta – Houston $110 Roundtrip on Southwest

Here’s a pretty primo price linking up two of Southwest’s top focus airports. Fly nonstop from Atlanta to Houston-Hobby for $110 roundtrip this summer or fall. Most seats at this price can be found on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Saturdays between late July and the end of October. Saturday dates are selling out quickly so you'll have the best luck with the midweek departure days. I was able to find an itinerary in September for this price departing ATL on Wednesday, September 4 and returning from HOU on Saturday, September 7, 2019. As always two bags fly free on Southwest so pack along everything you think you might need to take with you to Texas, ten-gallon hat included.

Kansas City – San Diego $197 Roundtrip on Alaska

From Alaska’s latest round of web deals, fly nonstop from Kansas City to San Diego for $197 roundtrip. Flights at this price are available starting on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays from August 20 through October 30, 2019. On Alaska’s website, I found tickets departing MCI on Wednesday, October 23, and returning from SAN on Tuesday, October 29, 2019. These web specials end tonight, so you’ll have to book by midnight PDT to receive this advertised sale price.

Dallas – Dubai $804 Roundtrip on Emirates

Fly nonstop the late summer or fall from Dallas-Ft. Worth to Dubai, UAE for $804 roundtrip on Emirates. Departures at this price are available Monday through Thursday from late August through the middle of November, with return flights available in early December. Saturday night stay required. As an example, searching on the Emirates site, I found seats leaving DFW on Tuesday, September 10 and returning from DXB on Thursday, September 19, 2019.

Buffalo to Boston $97 Roundtrip on JetBlue or Delta

Cheaper than filling your gas tank and much more relaxing than dealing with the I-90 traffic, hop on a JetBlue or Delta flight from Buffalo to Boston this summer or fall. Roundtrip tickets on this route are only $97, and one-ways can be purchased for half the price at $49. Flights at this price are available daily starting in the middle of July through the middle of December. As an example, I found seats departing BUF on Friday, September 6, and returning from BOS on Sunday, September 8, 2019. Perfect for a weekend trip. Orlando – Mexico City $220 Roundtrip on JetBlue

Here’s a phenomenal fare that’s been floating around for a little while. Fly nonstop from Orlando to Mexico City for $220 roundtrip on JetBlue this fall. Flights are available daily, starting in early September through late October; however, in August and November trips can be found for only $10 more totaling $230 roundtrip if your looking for a larger travel window. On the JetBlue website, I found seats at the $220 price point departing MCO on Friday, September 27 and returning from MEX on Saturday, October 5, 2019.

San Jose– Honolulu $295 Roundtrip on American

Travel from Silicon Valley to the Waimea Valley with this deal from American Airlines. Fly from San Jose to Honolulu, Hawaii for $295 roundtrip this August or September. Departures are valid on Monday and Thursdays starting on August 19 through the end of the September. Searching on American, I found tickets departing SJC on Monday, September 16 and returning from HNL on Tuesday, September 24, 2019. Some itineraries may require a long layover.

Houston – Tampa $97 Roundtrip on United

Fly nonstop from United’s Houston-IAH hub to Tampa for only $97 roundtrip from late August through mid-November. Travel dates are scattered, but you'll find the most inventory departing Houston on midweek, with August having the most open seats at the moment. As an example, I was able to see tickets at this price leaving IAH on Saturday, September 7, and returning from TPA on Tuesday, September 10, 2019. This fare books into United's basic economy bucket, meaning only a small carry personal item like a purse or backpack is allowed onboard.
