Searching Qatar's website, I found seats departing Houston IAH on Tuesday, November 12, with return flights leaving from Phuket HKT on Tuesday, November 26, 2019.

Departures are mostly available on Mondays through Wednesdays with return flights open Sunday through Wednesday. A 7-day minimum stay is required and peak holiday dates are blacked out.
