Interjet has lowered fares on many routes from the U.S. to Central and South America. Flights to Lima (LIM) are as low as $260 roundtrip and flights to Guatemala (GUA) are going for as little as $242 roundtrip. One free checked bag is included!
Flights to Bogota (BOG) and San Jose, Costa Rica (SJO) are also under $300 roundtrip from several U.S. cities. If you're looking for a one-way flight, these fares can all be bought one-way for around half the price of a roundtrip ticket.
Travel Availability
Rules and restrictions vary by route. Most of the lowest fares are available for fall travel on select dates from September through early December.
A few routes may require long or overnight layovers in Mexico City. All of the routes from San Antonio require an overnight layover and are available from May through early December. Click on the fare details for more booking info.

Baggage
These Light fares include one free checked bag up to 55 lbs in addition to your carry-on bag and personal item. Carry-on luggage is limited to a total weight of 22 lbs. between the two bags.

Alternate Fares
Interjet also sells an Optima fare, which includes seat selection, priority boarding, and a lower change fee, but the price difference is not worth it if all you want is your choice of seat. Other airlines may offer better connections on some routes, but the fare difference can be large and may not include a checked bag.
