Delta is having a huge sale to Iceland with fares as low as $270 roundtrip for fall/winter travel. Some routes are also available for spring/summer travel starting at $294 roundtrip, though most routes are in the high $400s or $500s for peak summer travel.

Travel Availability

Rules and restrictions vary by route. The lowest fares are for fall/winter travel starting in September or October through the end of the booking schedule in February 2020. Peak holiday travel in late December/early January will have higher fares.

Baggage

These are Basic Economy fares, which include a carry-on bag plus a small personal item. A checked bag costs $60 each way when purchasing this fare. However, if you need to check a bag, you'll be better off purchasing a Main Cabin Economy fare for $55 more each way.

Alternate Fares

Main Cabin fares on these routes should be $110 more roundtrip on most routes and dates. This includes one free checked bag, advanced seat selection, and allows ticket changes/upgrades for a fee. This is the best value option if you need a checked bag. Some routes may have similar or lower fares on WOW Air or Icelandair. Keep in mind that WOW Air is very restrictive and only includes a small personal item. Icelandair is less restrictive than WOW Air, but does not include meal service.
