These top fares are all at prices below what we regularly see for that specific city pairing and destination. Some deals are part of ongoing sales, and some are unadvertised price drops that may only last for a limited time. If you’re interested in any of these handpicked deals, we recommend you book ASAP to avoid missing out on a bargain buy.

Miami – Basel $329 Roundtrip on TAP Air Portugal

As long as TAP AirPortugal’s fantastic fares to Europe are around, we'll keep posting them. So if you’ve somehow overlooked them earlier, you’ve still got a chance to take advantage of these great deals, but we’re starting to see lots of inventory sell out, so make a move fast. Have you experienced Art Basel in Miami Beach? Head to the city where it all started, fly from MIA to Basel, Switzerland for $329 roundtrip for spring and fall travel. (Art Basel is in June, so you’ll have to pay more for those dates) Departures are available daily starting in April through May then again from September through October, perfect for shoulder season and to avoid crowds and hotel price hikes. TAP Air Portugal allows for free stopovers along the way so you can really make out with these fare deals if you turn your trip into a 2-for-1 and explore lively Lisbon along the way. As an example, I found seats departing MIA on Saturday, September 14 and returning from BSL on Monday, September 23, 2019.

New York – New Delhi $464 Roundtrip on China Southern

China Southern’s massive sale to Southeast Asia and beyond is still going strong from last week. While most of the destinations on sale are in Thailand, Vietnam, the Philippines, and Malaysia, the single Indian route that China Southern operates are on sale too! Fly from New York-JFK to New Delhi, India for $464 roundtrip this September into October. Flights are available any day of the week, and most itineraries have quick stopovers. If you can't find a short one don't worry as China Southern offers free hotel accommodation on extended layovers in China. For example at this price point, I found seats departing JFK on Tuesday, September 3 with return flights from DEL leaving on Tuesday, September 17, 2019. This sale is unadvertised so it could disappear at any moment, book soon if you see something that strikes your fancy.

Los Angeles – Melbourne $476 Roundtrip on United

As I predicted at the end of last year, flights to Australia should get cheaper in 2019. So far, so good, as we’re seeing some amazing deals to Oz pop up all the time! But not as cheap as chips like this one! Fly nonstop from Los Angeles to Melbourne for just $476 roundtrip on United this spring and on scattered dates throughout the fall. You'll need to book via a third-party site to get the extra discount off and under the $500 range, but if you feel more comfortable booking with the airline, United is listing this fare at $518 roundtrip. Searching on Priceline, I found tickets for $476 RT, departing LAX on Tuesday, May 7 and returning from MEL on Tuesday, May 21, 2019. Other dates are widely available in April, May, with returns into early June.

Boston – Raleigh-Durham $107 Roundtrip on Delta or JetBlue

Fly nonstop from Boston to Raleigh-Durham for $107 roundtrip on either Delta or JetBlue or a combination of them both this March or April. Daily flights are available starting on March 19, through April 30, 2019. Fares are fairly wide-open, but if you can't seem to find dates that work for your schedule, you can purchase two separate one-way flights and create a custom itinerary between both carriers. As an example, looking for a weekend getaway, I found seats departing BOS on Friday, April 5 and returning from RDU on Sunday, April 7, 2019. Oakland – Oslo $318 Roundtrip on Norwegian Air

Save big on flights to Scandinavia with Norwegian Airline’s latest promo code deal. This 72-hour sale kicked off earlier today and by entering code: NORDICSPRING customers can save up to $50 off on select routes. Here’s one of the better deals out of the bunch. Fly nonstop from Oakland to Oslo, Norway for $318 roundtrip from April through early June. Flights are available on Tuesday and Saturdays at this price and book into Norwegian’s LowFare category. LowFares only allow for carry-on baggage weighing up to 22lbs., checked baggage rates start at $45 one-way. Using the link from Norwegian’s promo site, I found discounted tickets departing OAK on Tuesday, April 2 and returning from OSL on Tuesday, April 9, 2019. Denver – Las Vegas $98 Roundtrip on Southwest

Are you feeling lucky? Then fly off to Vegas from Denver for $98 roundtrip on Southwest this spring and ride a hot streak. Fares are available at $49 one-way departing on select dates starting from March 31 through May 8, 2019. Searching on Southwest's site, the only place you can book directly, I found seats available departing DEN on Tuesday, April 2, with return flights from LAS on Saturday, April 6, 2019.

Chicago – Barcelona $329 Roundtrip on American

In my opinion, September is the best time to visit Spain, and with a fare deal this low I think you'll agree. Avoid the crowds and save big by waiting until summer season is over and fly from Chicago-ORD to Barcelona for $329 roundtrip on American Airlines. Departures are available on Monday through Thursdays starting from September 9 through September 24, with returns available until October 17, 2019. Fares book into American’s Basic Economy fare bucket, so pack lightly or pay for a checked bag, because Standard Economy is a bit steep at $509 roundtrip. This fare can be booked through the Finnair or with a third-party site for this price point.

Cleveland – Ft. Lauderdale $103 Roundtrip on JetBlue

Fed up with the wintery weather and need a little fun in the sun? JetBlue is here to help with this phenomenal fare on nonstop flights from Cleveland to Ft. Lauderdale for $103 roundtrip. Even better, you can leave as soon as tomorrow! Flights are available departing tomorrow through the end of May with returns available in June. There is also a few travel days open in late July and early August for those in Ft. Lauderdale who want to head back to Cleveland during the summer. Most travel is valid midweek, and you'll find the majority of inventory in April and May. As an example, searching JetBlue, I found seats departing CLE on Tuesday, May 21, and returning from FLL on Friday, May 31, 2019.

Philadelphia – Chiang Mai $697 Roundtrip on Qatar

Experience the Songkran festival this April in beautiful Chiang Mai, Thailand with five-star Qatar Airways. The carriers latest sale on destinations throughout Thailand has a few more days left for you to take advantage of this fantastic flight deal. Fly from Philadelphia to Chiang Mai for $697 roundtrip on select Mondays and Wednesdays through April. The Songkran water festival is one of the biggest in Thailand and celebrates the Thai New Year, in 2019 Songrkan will take place on Saturday, April 13 through Monday, April 15, 2019, so make sure to book overlapping those dates. Here’s an example flight itinerary for you to take part. Leave PHL on Monday, April 8 and return from CNX on Monday, April 22, 2019. That will give you ample time to enjoy all the other sites in Thailand as well!

Charlotte – Portland $117 Roundtrip on United

Take a look at this incredible price drop on this cross-country route, fly on United from Charlotte to Portland, OR for only $117 roundtrip. Dates are pretty scarce, but they are out there. You'll need to depart on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, starting as soon as tomorrow with returns through April 10. The best deal is if you can pull a last-minute escape by leaving this Wednesday, March 6 and return on Saturday, March 9, 2019. The only Saturday date I could find available. If travel is too restrictive with this schedule, try your luck with a one-way fare at $58, those seem to be more plentiful in availability.
