It looks like daylight savings switch might've mixed up this week's timing of the Southwest Airlines sale too. The airline's usual Tuesday sale got posted today, a day earlier than normal. This nationwide sale is similar to one we saw last week and stretches out into the spring travel window of the airline's booking calendar.  Book soon to make sure you get the flights you want. Fares start at $98 roundtrip.

Pack all you want because Southwest is the only domestic airline that still allows two free checked bags, while the other airlines have upped bag fees to $30 each way. Departures are available for travel on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays, through May 22, 2019, with a 14-day advanced purchase required. Travel to Florida and Nevada is valid Sundays through Wednesdays, while trips from Florida and Nevada are valid Tuesdays through Fridays.

As customary with these sales, peak holiday flights are blacked out. Prices on these routes not available on November 20-21, November 24-26, December 21-23, December 26-27, December 29-30, 2018; January 1-2, 2019. 

All tickets must be purchased by Thursday, November 8, 2018, at 11:59 pm.
