There is good news for travelers looking for cheap flights to Israel. WOW Air had earlier announced that it will halt service to Tel Aviv (TLV) at the end of October 2018, and did not say for sure whether the flights would return next year. Now, it is clear that the airline will return to Israel in June 2019. Sale fares for fall travel are available for $199 one-way, with a roundtrip purchase required. Roundtrip fares start at $449.
Wow Air Plans to Resume Flights to Tel Aviv in 2019
Although flights to Tel Aviv are ending for the season next week, starting in June 2019, WOW Air will resume its service to Tel Aviv on a seasonal basis. The flight from Reykjavik (KEF) to Tel Aviv (TLV) departs at 12:30 pm in the afternoon and arrives back to Iceland at 1:15 pm. These flight times allow for seamless connections between North America and Israel.
If you like to plan your travel well in advance, sale fares from a few US cities are available for travel in September and October 2019 for $199 one-way, though a roundtrip booking is required to get this price.
