The listed deals are all at prices below what we regularly see for that specific city pairing and destination. Some of these fares are a part of ongoing sales, and some are unadvertised deals that may only last for a limited time. If you are interested in any of these fares, we recommend you book soon to avoid missing out on a bargain buy.
Miami – Quito $312 Roundtrip on Delta Air Lines
Delta Air Lines is trying to undercut American at their Miami hub with this discount deal to Ecuador. Fly from Miami to Quito for $312 roundtrip through early March. Flights at this price are available daily starting in early October through the winter months; peak holiday travel is blacked out. This fare is widely available, and as an example, I was able to find seats departing MIA on Friday, November 2 and returning from UIO on Saturday, November 10, 2019, on the Delta website.

Newark – Moscow $399 Roundtrip on Star Alliance Partners
Fly from Newark to Moscow-Domodedovo for $399 roundtrip on StarAlliance partners like Swiss, Austrian, and Lufthansa. This fare is a little tricky to find as it will initially be listed as $449 and $499 on sites like Google Flights. However, if you click through to book on Expedia and Orbitz, you will see that there is a nice $100 drop in price. I found seats with the reduced fare, via Expedia, departing EWR on Tuesday, November 20 and returning from DME on Thursday, November 29, 2018. Dates in 2019 will also drop in price, but I mostly found them to price out at $415 roundtrip, which is still a great deal. These fares also include the first free checked bag and are available daily.

Los Angeles – Cozumel $360 Roundtrip on American or United
Need to switch up your watch to island time? Here’s a good deal for you, fly from Los Angeles to Cozumel, Mexico for $360 roundtrip on either American or United. Personally, I'd go with American as their carry-on and checked baggage limits, and prices aren't as stringent as United's. Daily fall flights at this price are available in October only and have no minimum stay requirement. As an example I found tickets departing LAX on Sunday, October 14, and returning from CZM on Saturday, October 20, 2018.

Houston – Honolulu $334 Roundtrip on American
The deals to Hawaii keep rolling in like great waves to surf. We’ve seen this route on sale before this year, but its back again, so if you missed your opportunity earlier now’s another chance to buy. Fly from Houston-IAH to Honolulu for just $334 roundtrip on American. Flights depart Monday through Thursday starting as soon as today how’s that for last minute, through November 8, 2018, at this price. If that’s too soon for you, this fare is also available in January, February, and March for only $20 more. Searching on AA.com, I saw seats available departing IAH on Monday, October 9, and returning from HNL on Monday, November 5, 2018.

Dallas – Minneapolis $188 Roundtrip on Southwest
The latest Southwest sale is still going strong, but it's ending later this week so make sure to check it out here if you haven't seen what's on sale from your home airport yet. If your home airport is Dallas-Love, then you can fly up to Minneapolis nonstop for $188 roundtrip this winter. Searching on Southwest, I found seats depart DAL on Saturday, February 2 and returning from MSP on Tuesday, February 5, 2019. Other dates from Monday through Thursday and Saturday are widely available in the winter months.

Washington DC – Dubai $649 Roundtrip on Turkish Airlines
Fly from Washington DC-IAD to Dubai, UAE for $649 roundtrip on Turkish Airlines. Departures at this price are available Monday through Thursday from late October through the middle of March, with return flights available in early April. You'll have the most luck with flights departing on Monday and Tuesday in the winter months. As an example, searching on the Turkish site, I found seats leaving IAD on Tuesday, February 12 and returning from DXB on Monday, February 18, 2018. Connection times in Istanbul IST are very reasonable.

New York – Orlando $70 Roundtrip on Frontier
Here’s a fantastic deal from Frontier, fly nonstop from New York-LaGuardia to Orlando for $70 roundtrip. This fare is part of Frontier’s promo code deal where you can save up to 90% off of travel this fall. Enter code SAVE90, and you'll find this great price on select Tuesdays and Wednesdays in November and December. There are lots of other great deals in this sale so make sure to have a look here to see what else is available. The sale ends tonight so don’t miss out. Some sample dates at this price point can be found departing LGA on December 5 and returning from MCO on December 12, 2018. Philadelphia – San Antonio $137 Roundtrip on American
Fly nonstop from Philadelphia to San Antonio for $137 roundtrip on American Airlines. In retaliation to Frontier on this route, American has matched their prices and dates on this route. Fly on Tuesdays and Thursdays through November 13, 2018, at this price. This books into basic economy but that still includes your standard sized carry-on now on American. As an example, I found seats departing PHL on Tuesday, October 30 and returning from SAT on Tuesday, November 6, 2018.

Chicago – Ho Chi Minh City $570 Roundtrip on ANA
Fly on Skytrax 5-star airline ANA from Chicago-ORD to Ho Chi Minh City for $570 roundtrip this fall. Flights are available Monday through Thursday, starting in early November with departures available through mid-December and returns available in January of 2019. This is another instance where booking with a third-party site like Orbitz or Expedia will pull the price down about $50 less than what United and ANA are offering directly on their websites. As an example, searching on Expedia, I found seats departing ORD on Tuesday, November 6 and returning from SGN on Tuesday, November 13, 2018.

Austin – Detroit $177 Roundtrip on Delta Air Lines
Nonstop flights are available from Austin to Detroit for $177 roundtrip on Delta Air Lines this fall and winter. Travel is available daily, but mostly in the fall months, in winter it switches over to mostly Tuesday, Wednesday, and Saturday departures at this price. Depending on your departure date a Thursday, Friday, or Saturday night stay will be required. On the Delta website, I was able to pull up tickets at this price departing AUS on Tuesday, November 13 and returning from DTW on Monday, November 19, 2018.
