Here's a nice price drop, fly from New York-JFK to Las Vegas for $219 roundtrip or vice-versa on JetBlue.

Tickets at this price open up in early October and are valid daily (Thursdays & Fridays are a little more scarce) through March 11, 2019. No minimum stay required, and the only blackout dates are around peak holidays like Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year. It's even available over the Super Bowl weekend! Fly out on Saturday, February 2 and return on Tuesday, February 5 if you want to watch the big game in Vegas and bet the underdog to hopefully win some extra cash to cover your next flight deal.

Searching on JetBlue, other dates are available like the one pictured below where I found seats departing JFK on Friday, January 25 and returning from LAS on Monday, January 28, 2019.
