Using the promo code WOWSALE on wowair.com, I found seats departing Boston BOS on Monday, October 15, returning from Tel Aviv TLV on Wednesday, October 24. Flights connect via Reykjavik KEF.

You'll find a few other scattered dates with similar prices in October. Travel to Tel Aviv on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, returning from Tel Aviv on Sundays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.

MyWOW fares require signing up for a free membership on wowair.com. WOW basic fares only include one small personal item up to 22 lbs. Carry-on bag fees start around $48 (online price) each way for bags larger than 17x13x10 inches. Checked bag fees start around $65 (online price) each way for bags up to 44 lbs. on basic fares.

Adding a bag to this fare will bring the total to around $440-$474 roundtrip, which is still an excellent deal. There's also the option to upgrade to the WOW plus fare, which is $558 roundtrip, and includes a personal item, a carry-on bag, a checked bag, and standard seat selection.

If you'd rather fly on another carrier without the extra fees, Turkish Airlines has a fare from Boston to Tel Aviv for $609 roundtrip, which includes two free checked bags.
