When you’re traveling, keeping healthy is a challenge. Airport surfaces are known to be covered in germs. Convenient meals are easier to find than healthy ones. And away from our local gym, fitness routines can be difficult to maintain.
Stay Healthy & Fit
Below are some of my top picks for staying healthy and fit while on a trip. Make sure to share some of your tips or tricks in the comments.
Nomader Collapsible Water Bottle
Make sure you stay hydrated while traveling. A great tool to have is a water bottle that you can fill up at the airport or at different fill up stations on your travels. I like collapsible bottles the best because they are easy to fold up and stow away in a bag when not being used.
Amazon User Review: “Anxious to use this on my next travels. Hate having to buy water at the airport.”

Culturelle Daily Probiotic
When traveling, of course you're going to be sampling food that you wouldn’t normally eat at home. Sometimes all of that new food can really mess with our digestive systems. If this happens to you, try to invest in a good probiotic. This probiotic by Culturelle is a good place to start, though check with your doctor for additional recommendations.
Amazon User Review: “This is the first probiotic I've ever taken. The capsules are easy to swallow no odd taste. I can tell they have boosted my immune system and have fewer stomach aches and problems than I use to.”
