A case of the Mondays, work out well for flights from Minneapolis to Austin, Texas. Sun Country is offering this nonstop route for $97 roundtrip. Other days are available for $107 if you want to travel on Fridays or Saturdays. On the Sun Country website, I found seats departing MSP on Monday, July 16, and returning from AUS on Monday, July 23, 2018.

Fly from Baltimore to Mexico City for $263 roundtrip on Southwest Airlines. This deal is available from the middle of August through the middle of November. Flights are available every day of the week except Sundays and with all Southwest fares, you're allowed to check-in two free bags per ticket. Flights must be booked on the Southwest website where I easily found seats departing BWI on Tuesday, September 18 and returning from MEX on Monday, September 24, 2018.

This fare is widely available so you shouldn't have any problems making your travel dates stick.

Starting in early July, you can fly from Boston to Cancun for $287 roundtrip on either American, Delta, or United Airlines. This fare is available daily through the end of the booking calendar in April. Searching on Google flights, I was able to find a wide range of dates available like departing BOS on Wednesday, March 6 and returning from CUN on Monday, March 11, 2019. These fares book into standard economy, so pack that standard sized carry-on along with you.

San Jose to New York $197 Roundtrip for Fall Travel
Nonstop flights from San Jose to New York JFK are available for $197 roundtrip on JetBlue on a handful of days this September and October. Departures can be found on Tuesdays and Wednesdays during those months, but you will have to be flexible as they are starting to sell out quickly. This has been an ongoing unadvertised sale, but tickets are starting to become more and more scarce, so now’s the time to buy before they’re all gone. Flights are available daily from the middle of August with returns available through September. Searching on AA.com, I found seats departing ATL on Monday, August 27 and returning from HNL on Wednesday, September 12, 2018. If you are looking to travel on other dates this fall, you can still find good deals on this route for about $25 more.
