This fare is available for travel on Monday through Thursdays from May 1 through June 21, 2018. Although it would be technically heading into Autumn in Australia this time of year Brisbane is farther north along Australia's East Coast and has a temperate climate nearly year-round. From Brisbane, you can head north to the Sunshine Coast or south toward the Gold Coast where the Commonwealth Games are currently being held. There is a 7-day minimum stay requirement, but I figure that most who take advantage of this fare will definitely stay for longer than a week with all the distance covered.

This fare is best booked through Priceline.com because when you book on the Air Canada site the price jumps up a little bit due to exchange rates. I was able to find flights leaving SFO on Thursday, May 17, and returning from BNE on Monday, May 28, 2018.
