It's tough to pin this fare down because the travel dates vary across the board by month. You will have the most luck traveling midweek from August through early October, but other dates are available if you play around. You'll just have to go out there and look for your travel window because there seems to be little rhyme or reason when this fare will pop up. 

For example, a date pair we found while searching on Delta is for flights departing PHL on Friday, July 6, and returning from EYW on Tuesday, July 10, 2018. This is a great price for a peak Summer fare. This fare books into Delta's Basic Economy fare class, but you can choose Main Cabin for $250 round-trip if desired. Checked baggage is not included but you can always sign up for the Gold Delta SkyMiles Credit Card by American Express and receive a complimentarily checked bag for up to four people in your traveling party. Also, there is a limited time 60,000 SkyMiles bonus offer for signing up for the card before April 11, 2018, and meeting required spend thresholds. That is the most generous bonus Delta has offered in the last few years.
