Yes, it's that time of year again. Time to update your Airfarewatchdog account so you won't miss out on the latest airfare deals.

Like most Airfarewatchdog fans, you probably signed up for our email alerts when you first heard of us. If you haven't logged in recently, take 30 seconds to update your account. You could be missing out on an incredible deal by not receiving one of our three handy-dandy airfare alerts: City to City Alerts, Departure City Alerts, and Arrival City Alerts.

Here's a quick guide to help you update your account.

1. On the left side of our homepage, click on the link called Update My Account.
    
2. Type in your email address and click the blue button.
3. Your current preferences will now appear.

   

   Review the three types of fare alerts you can receive by email.

   • City to City Alerts  (an email alert listing the best deals between two cities.)
      
   • Departure City Alerts  (an email alert listing the lowest airfares departing from your selected airport(s); for larger markets, the email alert may include additional surrounding airports.)
      
   • Arrival City Alerts  (an email alert listing the lowest fares to a domestic or international airport; for larger markets, the email alert may include additional surrounding airports.)
      
4. Add, change or remove any airports that will be included in your email alerts. To add an airport, type in the city or the three-letter airport code. To delete an airport, click on the tan Clear Airport button.

                                            
   
    

5. My Alert Frequency: Select the frequency in which you would like to receive email alerts. Traveling soon and don't want to miss out on a deal? Select the Daily email alerts as we are constantly updating airfares. You can always change your setting once you have booked your trip.

   
    

6. Put My Subscription on Hold: If you're not traveling anytime soon, you can hold off on getting our email alerts until a specific date - up to one year.
    
7. Click on the blue Update button to complete your account updates. Scroll back to the top of the page. You'll see a notice that your preferences have been updated.
